By attending LGLA events and functions, you grant to Lesbian & Gay Lawyers Association of Los Angeles and its designees (individually and collectively “Us” or “Our”) the unrestricted, irrevocable, royalty-free and transferable right, but not the obligation, to photograph, interview, record, reproduce, use, distribute, publicly display, make derivative works of and/or otherwise exploit in any way and in any and all forms and formats of media and expression now or later contemplated, your name, voice, likeness, acts, poses and appearances, in whole and in part (all of the foregoing individually and collectively the “Materials”) including, but not limited to, in Our and other bar association and groups’ public websites and publications.

By attending LGLA events and functions, you agree that the Materials are, from inception, Our sole and exclusive property throughout the universe in perpetuity and are rendered by you for Us as a “work made for hire”. You consequently have no rights, titles or interests of any kind or nature now or later contemplated in, and are not entitled to any compensation of any kind or nature now or later contemplated for, any such use or exploitation of the Materials anywhere in the universe. If you have any questions or doubt about the foregoing grant of rights, PLEASE DO NOT ATTEND LGLA FUNCTIONS OR EVENTS.
